This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs and services offered by Lakshya Leadership Education Software Pvt. Ltd. ("LakshyaKaryashala.com", "Company", "we", "our", "us") through our website, workshops, and digital platforms.
Any free introductory sessions or workshops are offered free of charge. No payment is required, and therefore no refund applies. You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us.
All sales of paid programs are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read this policy and understand that all payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future access to program content but will not result in a refund. Any remaining program access will continue until the end of the current program period.
In exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in incorrect charges), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
